General  Regulations letting  off fireworks in France
                                security and permission

Marking out the security-zone with barriers depending on disposition of the place and the local regulation. 

The guard of the place of performance has to be assured by the organizere from the beginning of the mounting of the installation by 1 or 2 persons and has to be reinforced two hours before the performance.
Certain permissions needed to be obtained by the organizer, the municipal council.

• Demand of permission to lett of fireworks in the  at the préfecture  (15 days previously).

• Warning the fire service.

• If  necessary preview a traffic and/or park regulation (by-law).
