	The farm Nouria et André practise cattle-breeding and agriculture a traditional way in the Cevennes. At about 5 hectares, the chickens, ducks and guinea-fowls live in liberty. . The rabbits are fed with natural product. The bee-hives buzz of activity at the hill-side. The trouts-basin is streamed through by fresh source water of a little mountain-brook. The red fruits ripen in the sun at the terraces.
The kitchen-garden and orchard provide the vegetables and fruits for the kitchen and meals. Five hectares of chestnut-trees offer various varieties of savourous fruits to preapare delicious jams and dishes.

Access

At the exit of the village St Etienne V.F (direction St. Germain de Calberte) take the little bridge at your right.

Drive along the equestrian centre and follow the metalled road about 200 m.

Turn to the left at the first intersection with the sign "la ferme du Gallinou''

Then follow the signs, driving all up the 3 km of unmettalled road till the farm.
