Situation 

The gites are situated in a large house in return of the centre town, in the highest part, at one side of a calm square with church parking and old trees.


This historical quarter is nicely renovated and lies 200 m off the town centre with it trades and restaurants and the castle, were you can go by foot through nice little paved streets.An agreable sunny terrace offers a view on the cornices of the causse - Off here you can  discover nature and the rocks of "Rocheford".

Two formulas
 You can choose out of 
2 possibilities :
  • A stay in our Bed & Breakfast from September to June
  • A stay on a weekly basis, all year round






and eat in one of the numerous restaurants in Florac...

Florac

 Florac is a pleasant small touristic city in the department the Lozère, located at the heart of the  National park of the Cevennes, between the highlands -the Causses, the Cevennes and the Gorges du Tarn.
It lies in a beatiful valley were the three rivers  le Tarn, le Tarnon and le Mimente meet.
All trade and services available - Traditional markets and artisanal - Fairs - Various concerts and festivals, culinary restaurants and specialities.
This region has a very rich cultural inheritance, influenced by 2 complemen-
tary currents : mediterranean and mountain culture.
The seat of the  National park of the Cevennes is installed in the castle of Florac, where its information center will provide you useful information to discover this beautiful area.

Swimming in the river with beach and promenade.
Many hiking trails. Florac is located on the GR 68, GR 70 GR 43, "Le Tour du Mont Lozère", "Le chemin de Stevenson" and "Le tour du Causse Méjean".
Many paths for mountainbikes (hiring in town).- Canoeing in the Gorges du Tarn (10 km).

1 Off Avenue Jean Monastier, you turn to the right at the bank  Crédit Agricole :
Off there you follow to the right, the "Esplanade" (AVENUE with teraces, big plane-trees, restaurants,pubs and shops.)

2 At the end of the Esplanade you follow the sign "l'Eglise" Here you park your car near the churchfor free, just above the Gîtes de l'Eglise.
