L'Oustalet

L'Oustalet in the Cevennes is a roomy holiday cottage in a entirely renovated sheep-fold.

It is an independent house of character with swimming pool in common with the owner, surrounded of chestnuts, beatiful sight (360°) and green spaces.

The gite de France l'Oustalet without vicinity is the house in the middle - former farm Thomet, nature and peace assured.

The house

Big living with open kitchen, large dining table and chimney (insert).
The walls are of aparent stones and partly cut in the rock itself.
Terrace /garden with gardenfurniture, surrounding meadows, hidden of all glances.

Equipped kitchen with crockery and ustensils, micro-wave, fridgidaire, gaz-cooker with oven and electric coffee machine.

Barbecue

Collective washing machine in a dependence of the owner.

Entry and carpark in an alley under chestnuts, easy of access. >

On the first floor (groundfloor at one side)
2 bedrooms with nice view, nice ancient furniture and bathroom with shower; independent wc.

1 bedroom wit a double bed (140 cm) and cupboard.

Equipment
For baby : bed, bath and high chair on demand.
Possibility for hiring sheets 7 € a pair.

The swimming pool in common with the owner, lies in a large meadow eighty meters above the house with spectular view.
River for fishing and swimming at 2 km by foot.
Possibility for divers touristic trips : for ex.
Proximity of the Cevennes National Park with special flora and fauna.
Documentation ont the spot.

Shops, services and restaurants in the villages St. Michel de Dèze at 7 km (2 km by foot) and le Collet de Dèze at 6 km.

Direction Alès - La grand combe - Le Collet de Dèze. 1 km after le Collet de Dèze take to the left, the D 13 direction Pendedis /St.Germain de Calberte.
Follow this one for about 5 km, then take to the right at the third crossing, following the signs Thomet
Motorway A75 : Exit Marvejols, Ispagnac - Florac - St. Privat de Vallongue - St Michel de Dèze - 2 km afterwards : take the D 13 direction Pendedis/St.Germain de Calberte.
