The Site Le mas du Cros welcomes you in a farmhouse of the 18^th century. The houses of this hamlet are higgledy-piggledy twined into eachother, with a vine-branches overshadowed alley crossing in the middle. You will be lodged in a entirely restored barn at a South side of the Cevennes National Park, at the heart of the Huguenot routes.
The terraced gardens and the little foot-paths bordered by broom and heather offer an open landscape with chestnuttrees......

The rooms

You'll have at your disposal a bedroom and a living with open valley-view ...

The guestrooms offer a roomy pastel shaded- and ochred coloured space, with elegant furniture and decoration.

Chestnut wood and natural stone give an authentic and warm character to each room, of 40 m² with private bathroom and independant toilet.

At your choice : a bedroom with double-bed and a living or 2 communicating bedrooms with 1 double and 2 single beds.

Breakfast
Breakfast will be taken at the terrace or near the fire-place.

Meals
There is a kitchen available, and you can command your provisions ; so the fridge will be filled up at your arrival !

In season you can serve yourself of garden vegetables and plants. : tomatoes, basilic, courgettes, salads and French beans to prepare your dinner.

Off your terrace you can enjoy the landscape to make you feel well,
or read, or watch the numerous birds...

You can make use of the numerous maps and guide-books to help you to discover and observe the surrounding nature or to plan interesting hikes

Situation

Off the National Road : RN 106, Alès-Mende, just after leaving le Collet de Dèze, (direction Florac), to the right direction St Andeol de Clerguemort.
Off here le Cros is located 11 km, 20 minutes driving.
Follow the direction :" Le Lauzas", then direction "Route des crêtes" follow the sign"le Cros" letters (brown with yellow script" You will see the chambres d'hôtes indicated in le Cros.
