The little village Rûne is a harbour of peace, charm and tranquillité, it's entirely made of granite rock.
In the neighbourhood, along numerous fresh mountainbrooks, by varied tracks or at the little roads, you might hike, bike , ride a donkey or take your car to visit some more distant interesting sites.

Historical grounds to discover prodigious sites , natural or created by mankind during centuries.

At two paces of the famous Rûnes-waterfall, an ideal spot to visit different historical and natural interesting sites, like the Menhirs and the Cevennes with flora and fauna of great diversity. .Here naturelovers and fisher will be in their element.

At the heart of the Cevennes National Park, at the southern slope of the Mount Lozère, the little village of Rûnes is an harbor of peace, charm and tranquility. It's an ideal spot to discover the Cevennes.At 10 km you can visit Le Pont de Montvert crossed by the Tarn river and an interesting "ecomuseum".
The Gortges du Tarn, the Causses (highlands), the Aven Armand caves, Mende, Florac, ..., and other sites to visit off Rûnel.

Wild protected nature invites you for hiking and swimming and if you're sportinglike, to practise climbing, canoeing, mountainbiking (mountainbike available) or speleology.

	Le Rûnel You will be welcomed in a charming ancient farmhouse, built during the 17^th and 18^th century. It's entirely restored to offer you comfort and conviviality.
	The spacious rooms al have beautiful elements of the granitic atchitecture. You will feel fine and the agreably presence of the past near the monumental chimney.
