The Cevennes National Park, created in 1971, in the
only french National Park habited by man even in its central zone. Middle height
mountains, table-plateaus and granitique massifs with a cultural and architectural rich
patrimony. It's Flore and
Faune are remarkable too.

1940, the griffon vulture is back since 1980
. Thanks to their re-introduction by the Parc now you can see them easily, circling around the belvedere du Truel, there are at least 120 of them now.  |
| THE PREWALSKI HORSES This very old race, originairy of Mongolie was extincted in wild life since1960. | |

'Le domaine du Villaret'
has re-introduced these horses at the Causse , living in similar conditions as in
wild-life |
| It's a small and compact horse with
light mane which fall out every year. Remarkable is it's extra pair of chromosomes. In future they will go back to their natif ground in the Central Asien steppes . |

MUSEUM
OF LE ROZIER In the former priory of le Rozier is created a
collection of all kind of miniature buildings: monuments, churches and typical rural
