The cottage

Cottage completely equipped and furnished to assure a tranquil holiday.

The integrated kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker and oven, microwave, washing machine, crookery, etc...

The cottage is very well situated at the border of a little calm hamlet where live about ten people all year round (agricultural surroundings)

Auzenc is a little village in the High Lozère at 1280 meters altitude on the limit of the departments la Haute Loire (43) and le Cantal (15), where it's good living in wide open unspoilt air ...

AUZENC is situated in the Commune PAULHAC EN MARGERIDE

The house is semi-detached with the other cottage with private entrance and garden as well.

This beatiful ancient farmhouse of granite natural stone is built beginning 1900 and has been renovated in 2000.

SITUATION : in the LOZERE on the Auvergne-border, at the food of the Mont Mouchet and at the heart of the Margeride part of the Gevaudan.

Holiday house with panoramic view, nestled in a restored ancient farmhouse to live close to nature, hoping you do appreciate calm and country life.

Cottage near two farms in activity, you will enjoy the simple joy of the countryside : hearing the bells and seeing the cows coming home to be milked...
