Le Tour

	Le Tour is a typical cévenol "mas" (farm) in a peaceful setting and with a wonderful view. The gîte itself is the renovated barn, with a 2 private terraces and a lawn area. With central heating and a woodstove its 3 bedrooms can confortably welcome 5 guests all year round.
The 90 m² barn has been renovated combining modern ecological materials (cork, hemp, wood, lime) and traditional knowledge and techniques with modern technology (solar-heated water).

Several footpaths are directly accessible, with the Stevenson trail (GR7) close by. Pets are welcome.

Each season is characterised by its own natural marvel : wild orchids, birds of prey, wild mushrooms and the call of rutting stags.

Le Tour is 3 kilometres from St. Martin de Lansuscle, a small and lively cévenol village with lots of cultural activities.

A small flock of Clun Forest sheep accents the charm of le Tour.

A two kilometre walk through the chestnut trees takes you to the Gardon, where you can bathe.

On wednesdays in the summer people of St. Martin sell their home-grown produce at the village market.
Baker's, grocer's and other shops 10km away at either Ste Croix Vallée Française or Barre de Cévennes.
