The house is located in the peaceful hamlet of Prades at 4 km upstream of the medieval city of Ste Enimie, at the heart of the protected site the Gorges of the Tarn, near the great spaces caussenards and the Cevennes national park.

Privileged region to practise multiple activities, like to benefit from the beaches and bathes in the Tarnriver. Here you can also apreciate the beaty and calm of nature.

ENTIRELY RESTORED

Built in the top of the hamlet, the house is bordered by a closed garden of approximately 100m² and a stone paved terrace of 40m².

It is composed of an apartment for 2/4 persons and a house for 6 persons, both being independent and groundfloor, while following the natural slope of the gorges.

an equipped kitchen opening to the terrace (dishwasher, washingmachine, microwave, refrigerator/congelator, toaster, coffee machine)

a bedroom giving on the terrace by a door with windows (a double bed and a single bed)

First stock of 32m² approximately:

a mezzanine bedroom (a double bed an a single bed)
a bedroom with a double bed

For each bed, are provided duvets, pillows and covers

a terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and parasol
a closed garden with little slide
the interior equipment is complete
additional equipment : vacuum cleaner, domestic iron and table
heating: electric radiators and stoves
animals are accepted

THE APPARTMENT of 40m² approximately cinsists :

a equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster gascooker, stove, coffee machine)
a bedroom with double bed
a living with television and a bed settee 2 people

a bathroom
a separate WC
a small terasse with shadow barbecue and gardenfurniture

POSSIBLE SPORTS ACTIVITIES Possibilities of certain activities to be companied by the house-owner. Hiking : Accompanied excursions with a mountainguide are organized (ask the owner of your lodging). Many marked out paths can be walked with their descriptions (Tourist office of tourism, National park of the cevennes)
	Riding : The equestrian tracks are numerous, offering rides of a few hours to several days. Several centers in the surroundings will be able to guide you.

Canyoning :

Among the many canyons of the surroundings you will certainly find one of your level (see with the owner).

Climbing :

The limestone cliffs and granite rocks offers many climbing sites for all levels, (with a guide or at your own, ask the owner.)

Mountainbiking (vtt) :

To discover the region, there are many routes, possibilities of hiring and of initiation, accompanied exits etc...

Parcours adventure :

Try the equipped cable-tracks (rappel a la tyrolienne) to discover another vision of the gorges (see with owner)

Canoeing :

The descent of the Gorges of the Tarn accompanied or free allows the canoeing or rafting

Speleology :

To discover astonishing landscapes, our area is extremely rich in grottos, subterranean caves and rivers. Differents organizations propose discovery, initiation or confirmed training courses, etc...(ask the owner)

Fishing :

More than two thousand km, in the department, of rivers and brooks (all 1st category), of calm or tumultuous water, offer to the fishermen the possibility of multiple technics

Gliding :

Between sailplane, delta wing and parapente you will find certainly the activity to please you.

Discovering the patrimony

According to the world that you will explore, you will have the choice between a multitude of sites:

On the Causses: Fauna and flora are particularly represent, the architecture of the Caussenardes farms whose Hyelzas is typical, the arcs of St Pierre (exceptional geological site), the cave of Dargilan, the observation of the Fawn-coloured Vultures of Truel Fauves du Truel, traditional agriculture, etc..

On the Mount Aigoual : the weather observatory France : the cave Abîme de Bramabiau

On the Mount Lozere ; a concentration of Menhirs on the "cham des Bondons", the granite ecomuseum, the storm bell-tower of la Fage, the architectural beauty of the Malbosc hamlet, the transhumance (yearly sheep-tracking, etc..

In the Cevennes: the chestnut civilisation, les camisards, les magnaneries (building for silkworm-breeding), l'écomuseum(Fr.), etc..

You can stroll at the markets and fairs of the close villages, to take part in the votive festivals or to attend the free spectacles organized throughout the season.
Conferences, concerts, gastronomical discoveries and other leisure will be proposed.
