Causses Cévennes

The Cevennes offer visitors many delicious products 'du terroir' : products made from chestnuts, the 'pélardon' the local famous goat cheese, honey, jams. Most of these local producers sell their products 'à la ferme' (on the farm) and some of them sell them even online on their websites, but the easiest way to find them is to go to one of the various local markets in the Cevennes.
