Causses Cévennes

If you opt for a weekend getaway or wish to stay a night somewhere during your hike, a guestroom or a 'chambre d'hôte' in french is the perfect solution. Like in other Bed & Breakfasts, your breakfast in the morning is included. Most of the guestroom owners are also willing to serve you a meal for supper.

An overnight stay in a stopover gite is not only reserved for hikers on the numerous 'grandes randonnées'  long hiking trails through the Cevennes. Most of them are nearby a GR, like the Stevenson Trail (GR70) and some of them can  accommodate groups up to 30 people.

Choose here one from  the many campsites in the Cevennes and Gorges du Tarn region. Some campsites not only rent pitches, but also mobil-homes or fully equipped tents. Most of the campsites have their own swimmingpool.

The few holiday villages that exist in the Cevennes are quite small,  but are nevertheless quite well equipped (tenniscourts, swimming pool, entertainment for children) for the enjoyment of all vacationers.

In this section we propose accommodations specialised in lodging groups, but what does one call "a group" ? We added some self-catering cottages and several hikers' accomodations in the Cevennes and Gorges du Tarn with a capacity from 8 to 30 people.
